Ministry of Health cooperated with Viettel Group to build a national vaccination 
information management system. The system guarantees decentralized 
administration, security and civilian in the system. 

With 10 subsystem and 166 functions, it has taken the place of paper report, thus diminishing cost, time, especially at the grassroots level. The health care staff can grasp the vaccination situation on a 
national scale, or provinces, districts they are in charge of, thus helping to guide, manage and develop vaccination activities in time, scientifically, flexibly and 
effectively. 

Thanks to this, they can notice those who have not fully vaccinated or any villages, communes, wards that have low rate of vaccination to have an accurate look at the vaccination coverage rate and 
immediately carry out support activities to persuade people to join, thus producing the highest effect of vaccination.
